No Clue

To be honest, I have no clue what this is from. I have an old manga book that a friend of mine gave me that's entirely in japanese, so I can't read it. But the pictures are to die for. This was in one of them, but I have no idea who it is or what manga it's from! If anyone knows, Please, PLEASE tell me!!!

Note: I know, the signature says "Josette". I was going through a stupid phase where I wanted my name to be Josette. (Cause my mom said when she was little she wanted to name her kid that..and I was like, "Why the hell didn't yoU!!!!!")
So, yeah. It was done by me! So don't worry, I don't steal! (and even if I did, I wouldn't be stupid enough to leave the signature there!)
